Bangladesh is a nation of snackers. Everyone has a favourite street vendor where they can stop by and grab a tasty bite to eat whether it’s deep fried savouries or small plates topped with salad and tangy sauces.
We’ll be drawing from regional classics such as the aloo bora, samosa, handesh, a bangladeshi riceflour snack that’s perfect for unexpected guests, as well as classics like onion bhajias. Together with a chaat masala, tangy dipping sauce and fresh chutney, it’s a great course for the party host.
