How it all started….

Like everything in life, it starts with a vision and through hard work and dedication we end up with materialising the vision. Kushi Restaurants are family run independant  BYO restaurants and now a takeaway delivery service.

Kushi in Bengali means Happy, so what better name for somewhere to eat together with friends, families and colleagues, as we all know food makes us Kushi 🙂 even in these sad times a little smile goes a long way.

Due to the current COVID19 Pandemic, our restaurants are closed to the public for dining in, we have begun to operate a limited takeaway service, we are still using fresh vegetable, fresh meats and fresh fishes to make sure we give you what Kushi has been proud to be serving whilst dining in. During this lockdown our Chefs have been busy donating meals across the Essex County to NHS, elderly homes and vulnerable people all this is possible with the support of our wonderful customers and teams. We’ve delivered OVER 10000 FREE meals in the last 12 weeks
